what happens if you cant pay your rent and you have to move back to your home state witch is not florida can you transfer your claim to another state?? Also if you recieved workmans comp before you were laid off is that concidered income and should you claim it?? Thank you

I am scheduled for re-employment planning in Gainesville’s office on 11/12/09. I’m currently seeking employment in Tallahassee and I have enrolled for admission to FAMU.
